“I had to free up some space on my laptop in order to do an upgrade.Took it to graphite on the west side of Madison (where I had purchased the laptop) to get some pointers and was instructed to start deleting doubles, live photos and videos. It was taking me forever, so I decided to put all of my photos on an external drive. Needless to say, I found myself having major issues.
Of course, I reached out to Graphite once again. Josh came to the rescue! He worked on the project remotely, but I had mistakenly done something crazy when deleting stuff. 4016 E Washington Ave, Madison“I'm a huge fan of supporting small businesses, but after calling all the ones who would carry this item, and finding none, I ended up calling Office Depot. I saw online that they had the calendar that I wanted, after forgetting to buy one earlier in the season. The man who answered the phone was friendly and was happy to hold one at the register for me to pick up that evening. When I arrived, the store was clean, pleasant music playing, and mostly empty, which during a pandemic is a very good thing. Not so good for them probably but good for me. Everyone was masked, there was plentiful signage about masking and sanitizing. The cashier greeted me and asked if she could help right away.I explained what I had come for and she had it right there for me. Not the usual experience at a big box store! Because I had some time to kill I wandered the aisles, and found a couple more things I could use. I really appreciated their efforts to get me just what I wanted very easily and pleasantly.”
