“Really, really special customer service. The big box names are fine for one rx a month of a generic widely available medications, but if you live with multiple chronic health conditions, if you are tired of having to uber over to the pharmacy two or 3 x a week and your scripts still not being ready yet even after being told on the phone that they are, and no offer to help you locate someplace that does have your scripts, this is the pharmacy for you. They know who you are, and they actually care.”

“I've been going to CVS here in Middleton for over a year now after switching from Walgreens. I much prefer CVS because the wait is never as long at check outs, nor going through drive up window. I don't feel like CVS is a big corporation because of the way clerks and pharmacists interact with me and assist me. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to help me a couple of times with some issues with insurance and prescription faxes from the doctors. I also like that CVS doesn't sell tobacco products.”

“A huge shout-out to Mike in Photo for going the extra mile to help get my photo margins to print correctly. It sounds like a simple issue, but it wasn't, and instead of giving up, Mike kept trying until he found a solution. This is a marketing piece for my business, so it was important to get it right. Earlier in the week, another Photo employee encouraged me to come in to the store to get this issue resolved, and he also was very helpful. I really appreciate this outstanding customer service!”

“This is amazing District and the Wallgreens, except the times when I have service with the black pharmacist etc.because they are usually so angry and they are not friendly, even with my wife who has been sick with high temperature. But generally the Wallgreens service is the best!”
