“We are new Electric Vehicle owners and we stopped at Kelley's to try charging our car (They HAVE an EV Charger there!) We were having some trouble using the charger (we hadn't set up our account) when Mike the manager came out to assist us. Mike even let us use his account to charge our car enough to make it back to Madison.”

“It's one of those places, where it's the lights in the time of darkness, with the nice refrigerated air, food & isles stalked and sorted nicely, and overall a coherent and beautiful store, a place they go in a time of down. (I'm a gremlin for the burgers)”
“It is a gas station. The gas was priced right. The window squeegee was clean and not rancid smelling. Inside the store was a plethora of items to choose from. They had everything from a to z in that store. All kinds of Alcohol, roller food, coffee and lotto. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The employees were friendly. It is a really nice place to shop.”

“Good small station for convenience or fuel. Top-Tier as well, free of ethanol which is very nice for two-strokes or performance engines. Only real complaint is the amount of people that forget a larger and easier to access location is off of Pleasant View and can be very easily accessed by Market St. WAY too many people hold up the lane on University trying to turn across a double-yellow into the location. I feel like it might be a good idea at this point to make the enter/exit one way, if it gets any worse.”
“Cathy, Rhonda, Britt, Tyve, and the rest of the crew including the morning staff guys at this location are so friendly and helpful at this site. This is the best convenience store in the USA as far as my wife and I have ever encountered. Just sayin'. :)”

It sounds like a simple issue, but it wasn't, and instead of giving up, Mike kept trying until he found a solution. This is a marketing piece for my business, so it was important to get it right. Earlier in the week, another Photo employee encouraged me to come in to the store to get this issue resolved, and he also was very helpful. I really appreciate this outstanding customer service!”
“I've been going to CVS here in Middleton for over a year now after switching from Walgreens. I much prefer CVS because the wait is never as long at check outs, nor going through drive up window. I don't feel like CVS is a big corporation because of the way clerks and pharmacists interact with me and assist me. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to help me a couple of times with some issues with insurance and prescription faxes from the doctors. I also like that CVS doesn't sell tobacco products.”
