“Premier was great every step of the way! The car I got only a month prior was side swiped by a presumably drunk driver. The whole drivers side was scraped, dented, and pushed in on itself, I couldn’t even open the door anymore! After a friends recommendation and looking at reviews, I decided to take it to Premier. They walked me through the process of getting it fixed and working with insurance, they were kind and informative, and made me feel reassured. Sammy even gave me 100 dollars off out of her own kindness! I appreciate their hard work in making my car look and feel new again. “Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”

“Michael is awesome!! We came from out of town couldn’t drive home bc our windshield wipers broke and it was pouring outside. We must’ve called 20 shops before he answered and offered to take a look on the same day and recommended us to try Rainx just for the drive home and see if that would work since the part we needed was most likely a transmission switch and we needed a quick cheap fix. Al was the perfect person for this job as he had worked for GM as one of the engineers that developed the Challenge series in the late 80's. “Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
