“A license plate screw got lost while replacing the plate on a holder with a plastic frame. Because of the frame the standard screw for this car was too short. The Ace staff patiently tried a few screws until they found the right length. Spent a good 10 minutes to help me get the correct $2 part. Awesome customer service!”
