Having never put together a deck, we had more questions than the videos on YouTube could provide because every deck is different. After the Trex decking was dropped off, we thought we'd go back and ask the guy (Andy) a few questions. The lady in the office said he'd just headed out of town but Andy said he'd turn around. After some discussion, he said he'd swing by our place after his morning run, check up on our progress and add a few words of advice. He totally helped us out! “For several years this was the go to place for my needs when I required electrical supplies that box stores might stock, but were not reasonably priced. Building or servicing a few local food trucks each year I think was the first reason for my repeated visits to Viking. Come the time when I am requiring a SO or similar type black cable. Or 30amp twist lock plugs and connectors. The box stores keep both on hand, but mark them high because they mostly serve to collect dust in the form of dead stock. So last week I needed 50' of 10/3 wire to build an extension cord for a friend that would handle 30amps and last forever. In short, this place is and has been my place to get the parts. But because the location happens to also be on the absolute opposite side of Madison from me it's not entirely convenient. Still I do the travel.”

“I'm not sure if this guy was a manager or not but he was amazing they forgot to give me the receipt the night before you can tell the product wasn't used I opened the bag because I did have it tied cuz I thought she put the receipt in it he did not give me a hard time we took a picture of the UPC and he gave me my money back that I had a customer of mine stiff me on and then I want the service and I was stuck with a big bill that I had invested into him getting the work done so this manager or he might have been a regular employee this was on 10/21 around 4:15 pm”
