“For several years this was the go to place for my needs when I required electrical supplies that box stores might stock, but were not reasonably priced. Building or servicing a few local food trucks each year I think was the first reason for my repeated visits to Viking. Come the time when I am requiring a SO or similar type black cable. Or 30amp twist lock plugs and connectors. The box stores keep both on hand, but mark them high because they mostly serve to collect dust in the form of dead stock. So last week I needed 50' of 10/3 wire to build an extension cord for a friend that would handle 30amps and last forever. In short, this place is and has been my place to get the parts. But because the location happens to also be on the absolute opposite side of Madison from me it's not entirely convenient. Still I do the travel.”

They also have so many in-house services for customizing products which I found to be a real selling point.I was surprised how many indoor/outdoor security devices they had including products by Ring, Google, and Blink.The staff are extremely proactive in making sure you find everything you need. They even went out of their way to say to keep pets away from the south wall because of the pesticides - which was greatly appreciated.This is a great location to complete any project and to walk your pet.”
