Was transferred here upon the closure of another specialty compounding pharmacy in Michigan. Service was timely, and they were patient to answer all my questions and explain differences in their procedures for example compounding in olive oil vs another filler. Delivery was quick and no problems with billing. Looking forward to working with this important provider for years to come.

Used the online ordering system last week. Got confirmation texted to me.When I called to check on the prescription - the automated system said that there was no information about my prescription. I spoke with someone who confirmed that my prescription had been received and that it "had gone to the lab" and confirmed that payment would be made at the time of pick-up.I got an email yesterday that my credit card had been charged for the refill. I assumed that my prescription was ready - based on the conversation I had had just the previous day.When I called today - again, the automated system said that they was no information on my prescription.I then spoke with a human who was less than helpful, but DID explain that the pharmacy had no refills for my prescription (?!)Since this is NOT THE FIRST TIME that a prescription refill has been delayed (or not started) due to the pharmacy needing more information from the Dr, but NOT CONTACTING ME OR MY DR for that information. I have had to call and then restart the rather long process all over again.When I first started getting my prescriptions filled at WIP, I would get a text or message reminder for refills. That hasn't happened since probably before the pandemic.I can't remember when I have been able to get a refill WITHOUT having to make at least 1 phone call.This has been aggravating. I'm moving my prescription to another compounding pharmacy and would not recommend using Women's International Pharmacy. (I am waiting for them to refund the card they charged WITHOUT a refill order - according to them)I'm glad that there is another option in town.

Standards of Customer Service have gone WAY DOWN. Please re-train all personnel as to higher standards of customer service! I don't appreciate anyone who is dismissive, rude nor non-understanding about matters around scripts!! Treat your customers with much more respect because products are good.

No problems with my prescription but impossible to get a receipt that I can claim via insurance. I shouldn't have to educate them on what the receipt needs to contain and call their pharmacist begging for a receipt. I'm going to be transferring my prescription out of here. This is ridiculous.

I have used this pharmacy for years and have had good experiences up until the last couple of years. Service slowed down considerably during the pandemic and the customer service reps seemed to get more rude every time I talked to them but I gave them some leeway as we were all struggling. Also, the turn around time has gotten so much longer than it used to be. Fast forward to the last couple of months and they have on two separate occasions indicated to me that they did not receive prescriptions that my doctor ordered for me. Come to find out, they had the order all along. It’s been extremely frustrating. I’m changing pharmacies after 19 years of using them. Sad!!

Careful with your credit card - do not keep it on file. Double check to make sure it is not kept on file. Careful with your instructions. I have experienced numerous error with quantity, charging a credit card they are not supposed to have on file, filling prescriptions I am not in need of and overall poor communication and execution of instructions. Makes you wonder if you are okay to have them prepare medication....

I gave this pharmacy a second chance after waiting weeks for a refill I requested on their phone tree. I had an issue with them processing my second prescription also. Now, I am trying to transfer that Rx to another pharmacy because I am tired of the poor service. No one has picked up or responded to any messages from the pharmacy I am transferring to that were left Friday, Saturday, Monday and now Tuesday. No one answers or calls you back. Go elsewhere.

I have been ordering my bioidentical hormones from the WIP in Phoenix for 20 years. This last year, I learned, WIP was sold to a new owner. Not sure if that's the entire corporation or just Phoenix. In either case, customer service is GONE. When you call you are put on hold for 20 minutes or more with classical music and constant recorded messages that "Your time is valuable and your call is important to us. Would you like to receive a call back?" Never get that call back. It took them over 5 weeks to fill my prescription after failing to follow up with my nurse practitioner (who has been with me since I began taking bioidentical hormones) who faxed a renewal 3 times and each time it was somehow misplaced. Then, finally they left a voice message apologizing and telling me my order would be shipped that day (the 9th) overnight FedEx. NO CHARGE for shipping. It didn't arrive the next day. On Saturday, I went to FedEx and asked about my shipment. They checked and told me it had not been shipped overnight express...it had been shipped standard and would arrive on Monday. On Monday, NO DELIVERY, so I checked again with Fed Ex and was told my order had been shipped to a Walgreen across town. Why? Who knows. So, I drove 30 minutes to a Walgreen, stood in the pharmacy line for 20 minutes and was told there was no FedEx package for me...TRY the photography department. So, I went to that counter and had to jump through hoops showing identification and driver's license by a man who treated me like he was doing me a big favor. I got my package and drove home in a blizzard. GOOD BYE WIP and good riddance. I can now get my bioidentical hormones right here in Santa Fe at my own locally owned pharmacy. That's my story. My advice: Stay away, stay far, far away from International Women's Pharmacy in Phoenix.

I have used WIP for the past 18 years and have ALWAYS received courteous, professional service, received the correct prescriptions promptly in the mail and the correct charge on my bank account. Thank you, Women's International Pharmacy!

Total nightmare!!!Every refill was late 3 to 4 weeks and after calling and spending hours with them on the phone no one has an answer for you.They keep blaming their bad performance to the physicians. I work for the physicians and I know for a fact all their requests were sent on time. still it took about 3 weeks before I can get anything done.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. This place received a prescription and when I called to give them my credit card info for the script, the tech yelled at me as my Doctors clinic called them too many times, then she told me that I was impatient (simple script has taken over 3 weeks for them to fill which is impatient?) and then she hung up on me. They still have not sent out the prescription, whereas pharmacies usually understand that medication is not something to be passive aggressive, take out frustrations on customers with but get to the customer quickly. This place has terrifying staff so make your life easier and find a business that is professional and responsible.This business should be fined for ethical violations, this place is unacceptable.

Terrible service. I called on 7-8 at 2:34 pm to fill my medication, gave my payment info and thought All was good. Almost a week later I had received zero communication so I call on 7-14 at 1:14 pm and am told no records of my order, however my payment method is still in there . Ask for the order to be processed and was told they would send it out express services no extra charge. Call back on 7-20 to find out status and speak to someone who kept saying they couldn’t hear me but was repeating what I was saying, was not professional or polite on the phone call . I was told the order still hasn’t left, it’s still in the lab. I left a voicemail for Heather, the supervisor. I have not received any call back so left message again today 7-21 . What does it take to get my medication?? I am going to have to reschedule my labs and dr appointment as well because I won’t have medication . Raise prices and provide incredibly poor service, very disappointing. You are responsible for medications, shouldn’t a better job be done ?

I have been a patient with this company for a good while, but the last two years have been a nightmare in trying to get orders filled. I have gotten such poor results when speaking to their customer service agents. No two stories are the same. On july 11, I placed an order for my 3 medications on their web site. Someone promtly deleted it. I got no notification as to why or that said deletion took place. I'm thinking things are in progress and I will get the medications soon. Wrong!! After 10 days, I started calling again. After mulitple phone calls to the pharmacy, and to my physician to advocate on my behalf, I find out this AM that he orders still have not been processed. It is now August 1, still waiting for medications, and I have been out of the one medication for almost a week now. I am asking my physician to give me an alternative pharmacy.
