Standards of Customer Service have gone WAY DOWN. Please re-train all personnel as to higher standards of customer service! I don't appreciate anyone who is dismissive, rude nor non-understanding about matters around scripts!! Treat your customers with much more respect because products are good.

No problems with my prescription but impossible to get a receipt that I can claim via insurance. I shouldn't have to educate them on what the receipt needs to contain and call their pharmacist begging for a receipt. I'm going to be transferring my prescription out of here. This is ridiculous.

I've had a very positive experience for over 8 years dealing with women's international pharmacy. The staff are always polite. My natural medicine doctor recommended them.
