I made sure to call her back and let her know the cat was stable and the shelter called me back so they can handle his care. I called multiple places tonight and she was, by far, the sweetest individual I spoke to ?”
“The entire staff is so knowledgeable and efficient. All the vets are lovely and excellent at communicating. For how nice the quality of care is, their prices are very reasonable too. There's a reason they keep winning best of Madison.”

Although, the providers are understanding of our needs and takes affordability into consideration when offering choices of services. They don't push for unnecessary services, and will give you the best combination of services price-wise. We have 2 happy and healthy dogs.”

I have never loved a clinic and veterinarian so much. I will be going there for all of my future vet needs. It is also a very reasonably priced place, 10/10 recommend.”

“Helped my poor cat with a tooth issue without any prior history. Got in right away and they extracted the tooth and got him scheduled for further surgery. They could have given me the run around but didn't. These people love animals and it shows and are extremely knowledgeable. Thoroughly impressed and I'd recommend them to anyone. Forever indebted for helping our cat.”
“Excellent providers and wonderful caring staff. Both the vets there are very compassionate. They are upfront about our pets' health. I feel they are mindful about the expense to owners, always giving options and never recommending unnecessary care or testing. Compared to other vets in the area, the cost for their services is reasonable and prescription food, etc is equal to or less than any place one found online.
We're so fortunate to have Sandhill caring for us and our pets!

“Dr Kay and the vet staff at Passion for Paws have completely earned my trust and gratitude. We have been coming to Passion for Paws for nearly 3 years now, and Dr. Kay and the entire staff have been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They never make me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I have. Dr. Kay takes the time to explain everything clearly and compassionately, and always treats my dogs like one of her own.
Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more concerning, I always feel reassured knowing we’re in such caring and capable hands. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that not only provides excellent medical care but also supports me as an anxious, overprotective pet parent.
If you’re looking for a vet who truly listens, cares deeply, and respects your bond with your pet, I can’t recommend Passion for Paws and Dr. Kay enough. This review is definitely long overdue!”
“My cat was elderly by the time we started going to Cat Care Clinic, and the doctors and all other staff were the absolute best case scenario for his needs. Any time we were faced with difficult news or decisions, their team made it easy for me to understand and weigh my options. My cat grew up feral, and was a bit spicy when he went to the vet. This clinic was always great handling him. They were often able to fill prescriptions or provide small amounts of food on short notice, and they helped us plan ahead. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone in the Madison area!”
“I honestly can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Eastside Vet Clinic sooner. My wife and I have been bringing our pets to Joe and Chris for 14 years now. Over that time, they’ve cared for three of our dogs with consistent compassion, understanding, and professionalism.
They truly go above and beyond for their clients. One time, they even saved a trip for us by squeezing in a last-minute vaccination after we realized our pup’s immunizations expired just days before boarding. They are simply fantastic! If you’re on the far east side, you won't find a better vet!”

“Dr. Lynne has been seeing Millie for a few years now. Miss Millie had ear mites as a rescued kitten and some congestion. I was mostly interested in preventative care, keeping Millie healthy and happy for as long as possible. Most recently Millie was very phlegmy and Lynne cleared her sinuses in a way I didn’t know was possible! She had no phlegm or gurgles after one treatment! We love Dr. Lynne, her office is welcoming, she’s skilled and professional. Millie & I are grateful for her presence and her care!”
“1st and most importantly, Dr. Carrie & Vet- Tech Jess are wonderful with patients and their parents (owners). Really good service. Note: If your pet isn't easy to place in carrier, hates the long ride and obvious other animals running around and making noises, this won't happen with Dr. Carrie. (Well nobody can help with carrier issues.) It's only from your living room to her mobile clinic.
2nd - 'Mobile Convenience' is nice but don't think her mobile clinic isn't equipped. She is doing our cats dental extractions under anesthesia. If she can't do certain things she'll tell you upfront and after exam appointments. e.g. If you're pet needs more equipment for advanced procedures.”
“UW vet school is the best, and i say this as someone that experienced a tragedy there. Our sweet rescue girl had taken a fall and been limping and lethargic for a month. We took her to our family’s vet who took xrays, did an exam, told us it looked like a torn ACL, and referred us to a very expensive specialist. I decided to make the 2 hour drive to the UW vet school instead. They got my girl in early and going by the xrays our family vet sent told us it was probably cancer and poor xray technique. They took one more and low and behold my sweet old ladies hip had been completely dissolved by extremely aggressive cancer. I cant thank UW vet school enough for, not only, telling me and showing me exactly what was going on, but also for giving me some time to grieve. My sweet girl is across the bridge now and out of pain. Our little friends just dont know how to tell us that they are pain the way we do. Thank you, again, UW vet school though i lost my shadow of a dog i gained a lot of faith in the vet school and especially the orthopedic dept.”

“This is the best place for animals with behavioral issues. My chihuahua sees Dr Mcclanahan for behavioral support. The clinic’s fear free approach really supports him and he’s stopped panicking when he goes to the vet. He was a frequent flyer for a bit with a broken paw. He got incredible care and it has healed really well. Very appreciative of the whole team and how well they take care of Jimmy Chew.”

“Our horseTucker was admitted to the hospital with a puncture on his eye from a thorn. At 1st we thought his the eye was going to have to be removed. 1st, thank you to my local vet Dr Mccombs for referring us to the hospital. The university was wonderful taking us late on Friday night. The entire experience was scary but thanks to the staff, it all went smoothly. Under Dr. Eatons care his eye was saved and he is fine. Complete recovery will take time, but thanks to Dr Eaton and the entire staff his eye on his cute face was saved. This was not my 1st time at the hospital, and I am continually amazed at their care. Dr Eaton called with updates on a daily basis and was very kind while Tucker remained in the hospital. ? picture is Tucker with Lisa P.”
