“Spring Harbor Animal Hospital is by far the greatest clinic I used over the years. And for many reasons, not to mention the outstanding staff. My comments will be brief but I had to say something regarding the people that always provided services that exceeded my expectations. However, during my recent loss, I found that I was not alone in my grief. While their professional capabilities were evident, there was much more. In their eyes holding back their tears I witnessed their hearts and souls which spoke volumes regarding their feelings which aligned with mine and for that I am eternally grateful.”

Whole Pet is truly the greatest veterinary clinic. The amount of love and care every staff member has is unbelievable. You’re greeted by friendly CSRs. The nurses and assistants are all so kind. All the doctors are knowledgeable. There is no doubt that every single animal who walks or is carried through the door is treated with gentle compassionate care. Whole Pet is just the BEST!”
“I didn’t have the pleasure in going to my cats first appointment with them but, my boyfriend did and he is very picky when it comes to our pets care. When he got home from the vet visit he had nothing to say but great things. The most amazing thing was our cat isn’t a stranger danger cat but he doesn’t really like strangers touching him, but his new vet even cut his nails without him making it a seem he’s was uncomfortable (mostly) his old vet went straight for grabbing the scruff of the neck and laying him down on his side. Needless to say I’m impressed”

“Excellent providers and wonderful caring staff. Both the vets there are very compassionate. They are upfront about our pets' health. I feel they are mindful about the expense to owners, always giving options and never recommending unnecessary care or testing. Compared to other vets in the area, the cost for their services is reasonable and prescription food, etc is equal to or less than any place one found online.
We're so fortunate to have Sandhill caring for us and our pets!

“The staff at Community Care really does care. They go out of their way to help and are dedicated, as well as passionate, about caring for our fur babies. The care they have provided has saved two of my cats lives. I am forevfer grateful for Dr Deb and her staff. 10/10 recommend.
Also, they don’t overcharge! Prices are reasonable. This makes handle challenging medical issues less stressful. They do what is needed and that’s it. I also appreciate they educate and explain what is going on. It is a partnership.

“Went to Dr. Jenny at Healthy Pet Vet Clinic. I had to put my cat down, and her and her team were so great. They were kind, empathetic, gentle, caring, and so supportive. I have never loved a clinic and veterinarian so much. I will be going there for all of my future vet needs. It is also a very reasonably priced place, 10/10 recommend.”

“We wish to thank both the East & West Cat Care Clinics (Dr. Kelton, Dr. Eric, all the vet techs, receptionists) for their compassionate care for Tigger & CJ throughout the years. We lost our baby boy Tigger on 10/11 unexpectedly. We are ? But we know for sure he was given the best care possible. “Amazing staff and perfect care for all of our animals, even the growly one. They are there to help when you need them which is all I’ve wanted from our vets. We had urgent care needs for a senior feline and they were gracious and non judgmental of our struggles towards the end with our kitty. “This office (along with the IL office) is amazing! They responded to my questions about bringing my dog to Italy very quickly via email. Their vet endorsed my documents on the first day of the 10-day window and shipped my paperwork back SAME DAY. I travel in a week and having my documents this early is such a huge relief — thank you so so much!P.S. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews for all APHIS offices seem to mainly be due to user error. Read the instructions carefully, then re-read 5 more times, check your paperwork, and you'll be fine! My vet and I prepped this paperwork way in advance and everything was endorsed without a hitch. ;)”
“I feel that Dr. Marcus really cares about my dogs wellness and he communicates what I can do to help her very clearly. My dog had some trauma to one of her rear legs and we've seen more success with this holistic approach than with traditional veterinary care. I certainly feel that we are in good hands and that my dog feels better after each of our visits.”
“Had another great experience with Paws & Claws Mobile Veterinary Service, LLC. Our three cats don't travel well and having the mobile vet come to our home is worth it's weight in gold. The care here is also top notch. One of our boys was adopted with a mouth full of bad teeth (his breath would knock you over...) which Dr. Bunger and her team took care of three years ago. His breath is still fresh and his chompers still chomp.”

Only thing i wish would have went better is having an update during the procedure. Was worried when it was 1.5 hours past when they said they would be done and i still heard nothing

“UW vet school is the best, and i say this as someone that experienced a tragedy there. Our sweet rescue girl had taken a fall and been limping and lethargic for a month. We took her to our family’s vet who took xrays, did an exam, told us it looked like a torn ACL, and referred us to a very expensive specialist. I decided to make the 2 hour drive to the UW vet school instead. They got my girl in early and going by the xrays our family vet sent told us it was probably cancer and poor xray technique. They took one more and low and behold my sweet old ladies hip had been completely dissolved by extremely aggressive cancer. I cant thank UW vet school enough for, not only, telling me and showing me exactly what was going on, but also for giving me some time to grieve. My sweet girl is across the bridge now and out of pain. Our little friends just dont know how to tell us that they are pain the way we do. Thank you, again, UW vet school though i lost my shadow of a dog i gained a lot of faith in the vet school and especially the orthopedic dept.”
