“George (dog) went in the early morning as he’s been suffering from IG. When we entered the front, Jacob was there to greet us, and he was so kind to me and my dog. He even went over to George to comfort him while we waited in the lobby. The doctor and the nurse listened to my concerns and were very patient with me and my dog every step of the way. They didn’t rush me one bit as it was very, very busy at the clinic. They did not treat me as a number; I could tell they cared about George. I highly recommend this emergency vet! I did not feel alone one bit. I am genuinely grateful for everyone there!Thank you again!Ellen & George”
