Came in with a piece of my charger stuck in the port, and they were able to fix it in like 2 seconds! Super friendly and really responsive. I emailed them first to see if they could fix it, and they called back within like 30 minutes.

Such a great community resource for the geek in all of us, with all of the used computer parts. Also a great place to go if you need repairs but aren't up to the DIY task. I was able to find a replacement power supply to fix my Mom's aging PC.
