He guided me in setting up Google, in resetting my password, and using some features on my Apple phone I was unfamiliar with. A valuable employee. I am sticking with AT&T because of him.”

“AT&T Gammon Road is unlike any other phone stores. I went to two other carriers before coming to AT&T. The vibe is very calm, conversations private, and knowledge is the best in Madison. Hugo worked with me for hours to provide a tablet and two phones. He is patient and knew better than I what would work best for me and my mother. The staff is very friendly and the device choices plentiful. I hope AT&T Gammon Rd is voted Best of Madison for phone stores.”

“I was with Tracfone for over a decade but something went wrong recently. My phone suddenly stopped working, and I spent hours online with their tech support department, and they gave me the run around, cut me off, and locked up my phone even though my bill was paid. I gave up after five hours and the next day went to Cricket to get a new phone, the whole ordeal with the Clerk trying to get the transfer pin from Trac to get my new service activated with Cricket took 4 hours, and Trac jerked the clerk around. The clerk was there for me the whole time, and got my new service hooked up, activated, a new phone and plan, and no data was lost. Plus, this phone is much faster and has much more features and data space. I appreciate the good service and wish they have a brick and mortar store at a downtown State St. location as well.”

“Went a bit technologically nutty this Christmas season, so I had to stop in three separate times in the past couple weeks.Yes, the wait can be long. And yes, once you sit down at a desk, US Cellular seems to require an unholy number of clicks to do what seems like a simple task. But the staff here (and I feel like I’ve met everyone) are phenomenally pleasant. Great customer service, the newer folks flail just long enough that you know they’ve tried, but then they also readily ask for help from their more seasoned coworkers.Can make for some long sessions, but I honestly have no complaints about anyone involved, and am confident I’m in good hands.”
