Worst possible idea if you decide to rent from this location. Avoid at all cost

Would give a zero if I could, I booked a rental two weeks ago, called to confirm yesterday and today they called me while en route to pick up car to tell me they don’t have one available. I will never book a rental here again.

Lady from Hertz called and said I needed to call the local location to let them know I’m coming, so I did. The lady who answered the phone at the Odana location was rude and told me there were no cars available. How does a national rental company have no cars? Unbelievable and unacceptable.
