Had a few general questions for vendor cell phone coverage, plans and while someone was not available yesterday (Sunday) around 4pm, the gentleman at entrance was helpful and professional in his responses. Frank at Geek squad and a manager, I think his name was Trent but maybe it was Trevor, were incredibly helpful with an exchange issue I had today. They were both professional and solved my issue quickly. 5 stars to them.
