It is perfect for storing items without cluttering a home or office. The facility offers great and very reasonable prices for the size received. Services include U-Haul rentals and payment via an app, though the website does not work for payments for some. The outward appearance has been much improved. The staff and management are helpful, with exceptional and phenomenal customer service and response times; they are proactive, attentive to detail, and good to get ahold of. While the units are not the newest or fancy and can be cold in winter and hot in summer, they do the job for extra storage space. Some water damage has been noted, so using a pallet is advised.
