“Had my unit for about two years. Initially rented it in the middle of the night; the kiosk prints your contract and even has a lock dispenser. That's the kind of unattended convenience I miss now that I've left the state. 24/7 access with a personal gate code is a boon as well. Management was always helpful,whether by phone, email, or in person. My unit was spacious and clean, and I always felt that my possessions were safe and secure.”

“In my 3 years as a temperature-controlled West Washington Self-Storage customer, WWSS has consistently impressed me with its great rates (excellent value for the spacious units offered); friendly, efficient, and professional service; and clean, secure, and well-maintained facilities. || **Pro-Tip #1**: It is well worth your while to reserve a unit in advance if you know that you'll need it during Madison college students' high-volume moving seasons of late May/early June and mid-August/early September. (e.g. I signed up 3 months early to secure a May move-in date.) || **Pro-Tip #2**: Be aware that the 6 AM to 6 PM keypad access hours for temperature-controlled units are strictly enforced -- part and parcel of the building's admirably tight security -- so you'll need to plan accordingly if work, school, or other commitments would otherwise make extended evening/night access hours more convenient for you. (e.g. I'm a writer-researcher who often works all night, sleeps for part of the day, and runs business errands in the late-afternoon/early-evening -- yet I find WWSS so superior to other local self-storage options with longer evening-access hours that I'm happy to plan trips to my storage unit around WWSS's restricted evening-access schedule.)”

“When I originally rented my unit I was under the original owner/the family and thought they were very nice, the area looked clean and safe. I needed a place to store my kayak and a couple pieces of excess furniture, one of the small units was perfect. When Storage brothers bought the business a few months into my renting they were great about reaching out and making the transition a very smooth one, they were just as nice and easy to get a hold of with any questions AND they set up online payments for us. I always felt like my stuff was safe there, minimal bugs/spiders let alone evidence of any other critters (not sure how they do it but it’s great). Sad to go but moving into a new place with more storage. Highly recommend Storage Brothers!”

“Been renting here for over 2 years. No issues besides some water seeping in (garage door unit). Once the door slammed down and got jammed right before we left town. We didn't put a lock on it so it could be fixed while we were gone. When I called, they offered to place their temporary lock. It was fixed very quickly. Gated entrance with passcodes, very secure.”
