“Really good bank full of nice people. My only issue is that, in the 10 years I had an account there, the name changed 4 times!Citizens, First Merit, Huntington and now Associated. In a world of automatic bill pay and direct deposit, having to change ALL your info every 2-3 years got to be too much of a hassle so we switched banks. If this name switch sticks, I'd recommend it to others. Beautiful building, nice staff, good service.”

“Premier Financial Credit Union has the best customer service I ever received regarding going above and beyond for their customers with such compassion and teamwork. I had multiple savings accounts, a refinancing loan, and a reap loan documents that needed to be printed close to end of day. The Kiel team pooled together to help me get the documentation I needed as proof for my trial. I feel that they did more than required, since I did not schedule an appointment and they still helped me right away. I would recommend using them as your financial hub for all of the above type of accounts because their customer service and support is excellent.
