“Been my bank for 22 years and have never had a problem with them at all, whether as Community Bank & Trust and now WB&T. I was thinking of switching when they were slow with adding mobile wallet, but they did get it in just one month before the pandemic, so that kept me here easily. I always have great experiences when I do need to do in person banking here and the staff is nothing but warm and friendly. Now with the mobile banking machine/ATM outside, I can do most banking at all hours, even with nobody there, so I will remain loyal to WB&T for years to come.”

“Update- Finally reached a 1st level representative, Emily, who completely handled my concern and stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. The first 2 calls made earlier, today, did not go well even though the representatives I spoke with on the phone were very nice. I will say that their automated phone system is somewhat disastrous- the system seems far more concerned with having the caller complete a customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call- great- they need the feedback- but it seems obvious that nobody is monitoring the surveys.
