You cancelled my card .you said 5-7 days to get another card . It's been 16 days . Never got it .you guys never told me for $5 I could get it in 48 hours . Very unprofessional of you considering I said I needed to get a one way plane ticket back to AZ. .

I've moved to another bank. Some of the staff has talked down to customers within earshot of others.

Most people are polite at this location but I had a terrible experience with a teller and I am considering banking somewhere else if this continues,
