I would change banks when ever you can. There is no customer service. Walk into the open lobby asking for help and told you have to make an appointment even though nobody else is there and the 3 workers are doing nothing.

Cant process a check over the weekend for who knows what reason (cause other banks do that no problem but ya know) along with a miserably confusing online banking experience
