“I recenty dropped Dodge Caravan off for a transmission issue and they had it diagnosed and estimate to me within a couple hours. They took pictures and explaind to me exactly what the issue was. The transmission needed to be replaced. They replaced the transmission and had my van back to me the next day. I can't say enough about the friendly staff that go above and beyond! There service and knowledge are top notch! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent and timely service.”

“I was referred to Exhaust Pros for a rattling in my exhaust when I’d start my car. I brought my car in, three of the mechanics looked over my car, brought me back to explain to me what was going on and made a recommendation to call the dealership before they did any work because they believed the issue would be covered under warranty. I called the dealership this morning and I have an appointment to get my car fixed next month AT NO COST. Although they were willing to help me fix the issue they knew the best solution was to work with the dealership in this circumstance. They saved me almost $5000. All three of the mechanics were very nice and educated me on the issue instead of treating me like any other mechanic has when I walk in the door as a woman. I appreciate you guys so much! When I need repairs in the future I will be coming to you!”

“I highly recommend working with Tucker at dorsch east! We called late Friday inquiring about a vehicle online and upon arrival the vehicle was ready for a test drive. Tucker also showed us some other similar options within our budget and went over features with us. He was nice to work with and answered all of our questions/concerns, and if he didn't know the answer, he was able to find out for us. He never pushed us past our comfortable budget and didn't rush us even though it was late on a Friday! Great experience from start to finish!”

“Company made my appointment was for 8 am got there around 7:30am they took my semi truck right in. Had no experience in a 579 Peterbuilt even it being new truck I just knew there could be no way a truck would drive and handle so bad. Took the young man couple hours too fix the wrongs of 24 model truck that I was about to quit my job to not have to drive it. My experience with this shop was great and I'm 32 year experienced truck driver you guys are great thank you very much.”
