My experience was definitely worthy of 5 stars. I appreciate how transparent the process was every step of the way, and the project was done early, which is so rare with auto repair. I also saved hundreds of dollars over the other business that quoted the same project. I'm only using Fair Muffler & Brake shop from now on.

Being going here since 1995 (the old shop on Oneida St!), and every single job has been 100% right, without exception! Can't recommend highly enough....
