“I took my Subaru in because the a c wasn’t working. I along with a friend who is a former mechanic looked at it and knew the compressor wasn’t working. I let Taylor know that. He analyzed the issue exactly correctly and also did the additional work that my mechanic friend said should be done. Taylor was efficient. He saved me money by getting an aftermarket part and his labor time was less than the dealer which gives you less cost.
I will be bringing my cars in to Taylor in the future.
Besides all that he and Ashley his wife are solid in their Christian faith. So I felt very comfortable in trusting them.”

“There are several really good tire shops in town, but the customer service I experienced here sets Ray's apart from the rest. Not that the other places don't have good customer service, many do, but David at Ray's provided 'Raving Fans' level service. If you haven't read Raving Fans give it a read, it only takes a few hours, then you'll understand what I mean. I was treated like a highly-valued customer that has been doing business there for decades, but it was my first visit. This is now my #1 option in Green Bay for tire/repair services.”
“I was stranded in the parking lot next door, my vehicle wouldn't shift out of park, I thought I was stuck. I looked over and noticed this repair facility was within walking distance. I was welcomed by smiling, helpful staff. Brent the technician promptly drove over to my vehicle, diagnosed the problem and was able to limp my vehicle over to the facility. My vehicle was fixed in under a day, I am so thankful for their willingness to help and the compassion they showed towards my situation. I will refer all my friends and family to this repair facility, as well as myself returning for my service needs in the future. Their pricing is very reasonable and fair. I am so grateful how willing they were to help and how quickly they resolved my issue.”
“This place and staff.... completely salvaged our mostly awful day and might have helped save our business. Our semi truck has had nonstop major issues for weeks since we bought it. On our way to unload; two of the tires had a major blow out and we barely made it to unload. After unloading we called many and probably all of the tire places around here.
They took us in immediately. And since we called in advance they had our tire and new rims ready, and got us out within a few minutes so we did not need to miss our pick up.
The staff and business is amazing.
Without that load our company may have died out if im being honest. Its been very awful for us with breakdowns, but these guys gave us some semblance of hope.

“Unfortunately, I was out of town so I did not have the opportunity of physically meeting the owners of this place. However, I did deal with the woman on the phone. She answered all of my questions, helped me find the best deal was super flexible as I arranged and canceled an appointment multiple times lol. “I recently I brought my Lincoln into Al Huss on Verlin Road in Green Bay, because of a steering challenge. I was having. They diagnosed it perfectly and had me look at it, and show me what was happening with the front right wheel.
I had a hard to find part wish they found in a couple of days. They put on the new hub and wheel bearing. They suggested I get an alignment also which I believed I needed.
After I got my car back and drove it down the highway to appleton, the car rode better, then it ever has. It was smooth, tight and it was aligned perfectly. I was satisfied with the results, their expert opinion in diagnosis and follow up.”
