Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. The technician who assisted me was absolutely fantastic! He offered to order new tires, but they wouldn't arrive until the next morning, and I needed to return to Chicago that day. He discussed my options and the risks associated with each choice. When I decided it would be best to finish my trip on a spare rather than risk a tire burst, he changed my tire for me. “I need to Thank the owner of Franklin Automotive (Bruce). Did a brake job on my Ford Escape. Did an excellent job. Afterwards we had a strange noise. Took it back to Bruce.
He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes.
He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set.
Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job.
Knowingly we needed the car for work the next morning.

“They had my car into the shop in just 2 days. Diagnosed and replaced rear wheel bearings with new ABS sensors. Great job. Car drives like new.
Back again. This time my own fault driving a low clearance car on “road” that was only fit for 4x4 trucks. Hammered a rock and cracked my oil pan in two places. Dwayne and his mechanic did a great job replacing it. And they were quite good-humored about all the oil that leaked out while they waited on the new part to arrive. Thx again!!”
