As a costco member, I was able to order my tires right through their website at a discounted cost (about $150 cheaper than any other place after their sale). As a result of ordering through them, my installation was free.The tires were scheduled to arrive in 10 days. However, they came within 2. I was able to move up my service appointment date as well with little to no trouble. Due to high demand, the center is currently working round the clock to get work done, and their employees are working hard at 4am. They offered me an early morning appointment slot to honor my request of an earlier appointment (otherwise it would have been well into January).I appreciate their dedication and hard work. My tires were installed well within the estimated window and I will definitely be back in the future. Also...you can't beat their warranty!”
