“My Shitzu poodle mix was groomed by Katie. She did the most amazing job.My dog came out looking beautiful, smelled great, and had no nicks. Katie was very communicative as to what I was looking for and how my dog did during the process. My dog came back happy and not terrified. I highly recommend taking your dog here, big or small, to be groomed.”

“I went here in search of a new dog food when my shepherd started itching very bad after several ingredient changes to his current food. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products they carry or could order and had great suggestions for a new alternative. Someone even went and printed the ingredient list of my current dog food so we could look it over, as they didn’t carry that brand. I left with a new brand that my pups love and great ideas from the staff!”

Nothing is more rewarding or crazy than raising a puppy and the staff at the pet Depot are incredible and knowledgeable and made the process very doable. “This place is awesome!. I adopted a 5 month old pup a couple weeks ago and was worried about how skinny he was. The staff here are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions. They helped me pick a diet that would best suit little Butters. In less than 24 hours, he is already in love with his new food.

“I love this cute little “barkery” for my dogs treats! Jennie and her team are very friendly and outgoing. Her treats are definitely made with love. Ingredients are clean with no fillers. She also had cute miscellaneous items in the store from doggy clothes, socks, toys, and other treats. Fromm is carried in this store to those of you that use this brand. I’m glad this store is a part of the Greendale community!”

“This is by far the BEST location. They always have what I need for my little farm of pets. They always welcome you in and ask if you need any assistance. Some of the employees are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I've gotten a few pets from here, and they are all healthy and thriving. They also have amazing rewards/coupons that you get emailed. You can use your points on basically everything. It's a distance from me. However, the other ones I have been to are horrible. “My Aqueon Tank light was blinking and wouldn't stop. After a long search on the web for a fix, I finally resigned myself to buying a new costly aquarium hood with light. Then I spotted Central Garden and Pet. I made a phone call, the problem was immediately diagnosed as a faulty transformer power cord, I was given the part number, paid less than $11.00 over the phone and had the problem fixed when UPS delivered it the next day! Great job Central Garden and Pet!”
“I have purchased 3 puppies from them. My first puppy, Bandit a Cocker Spaniel, had an eye issue that needed to be surgically corrected. I called Darcy and according to the health contract it was covered. Darcy and her daughter took my boy and had their very reputable surgeon correct both eyes. Then for the following week until the first after surgery check up, Darcy bordered my boy and gave me daily checkups. After the surgical check up and my baby was clear, Darcy brought him back to me looking great, clean, and well fed. I trust these people with the dogs they have and the health warranty they give. They stand by it!! You will not be disappointed purchasing a puppy from them. After my Bandit, I have bought 2 more and my last one, Rosie a red dauschund, is 13yrs old and still running around like a puppy and no health problems. Thank you Darcy and family for the complete happiness all these years and again for standing by the contract and taking such good care of our Bandit (RIP 2017).”

I don't have pics yet!I'm so excited & a bit nervous cuz my last ESA was a 100lb Pitbull & he died almost 2 years ago, but this time, I'm starting with a puppy!So far, I might name her Sasha, but her & I will talk about it when she comes home!!”

“The staff are always friendly, they have special ordered food from Stella and Chewy for me, have a LOT of varieties of Fussie Cat, (which is perfect for my very particular cat), and carry multiple varieties of the Himalayan churro chew that my dog loves. (And chicken hearts sourced from a local butcher!)
In addition, I've never felt belittled with my choices. The staff will offer helpful input, but were also respectful when I explained why I made the decision to feed my pets what I do. I have been shamed in other shops for not feeding grain-free, but not here. (My cat can't have peas and is a food thief, so I have to avoid peas in the dog food as well)
The first few times I went there with my dog I thought the staff just really loved her because she was special. (I have a very friendly Shiba Inu) Now that I've seen other dogs in the store, it's obvious that the staff are all there because they REALLY love dogs, and they treat every dog that comes in as if it was the best dog in the world!
My only complaint is a small one. I usually go to Hales Corners location, but if I have to run to Target, I'll pop in the Franklin location and because they are set up completely different, I always have to ask where things are. (A very minor issue, because the staff are really nice and helpful)”
