“I swear this place is amazing! From the breeder Terri to people who were at the store (Sandy and Ed). Sandy and Ed were so knowledgeable and personable and they were so patient with me and all my questions. Sandy even provided feedback and advice on my beagle and her recommendation helped my big girl so much!!! Sandy showed us certain tricks our new puppy knew and we continue to use them at home. A couple weeks later, I noticed something was wrong with our new fur baby and I reached out to Terri for clarification on a sheet I was sent home with and not only did she answer my questions but also provided medication for our baby. She followed through on all my questions and even went as far as offering treatment for my baby. You all have an amazing team and I truly feel like I bought her from people who really care their pups go into good homes. Thanks Preppy Pup Family!”

“I don't know why this place has bad ratings. Good prices. I just know this place doesn't give their animals proper care because I have worked there. They need more employees to handle the animals more often. And it's kinda old and run down. But expected.”
