“They have slot machines. Sometimes you will find a used napkin or someones left over drink because people are lazy and are incapable to whipe thier own a** so they leave it for someone else to clean up. Well its not me whos gonna do it, someone else can.”
“First time every using this carwash, I used the self wash and at first couldn't figure out the new set up since haven't used one since I was broke and a teenager. Once I got the timer running couldn't figure out the wash buttons but texted who I believe is the owner and helped me thru it all! Very nice guy btw. Anyway, once figured out it worked flawless, was impressed at how clean the bays were and the grounds themselves. Will definitely be using again.”
“My online code would not work after paying for a subscription online. Manager came out and gave me a free premium wash for free to make it right. Excellent service, will be back because of it. Here’s to hoping the code works next time”

“This place has gone through some rough patches while trying to get enough employees to work but there are a few there that are awesome. Derick is one that always greets you when you come in. He always has the store clean and looking nice. And he is always willing to run in the cooler if need be to grab drinks if there isn’t any Red Bull left. I’m blanking on the other young gals name that works here but she does a awesome job as well. I don’t like the slot machines and that reason I’ve not given 5 stars overall they have what you need most times and employees are nice and quick besides one guy.”

The yard is huge and so organized, whoever is the manger needs a raise. This place should be a Flagship for the other Quala dumps that I don’t want to mention “West Memphis “ for example. “What great attention to detail even on a busy Monday! Shout out to Francisco who took the time to catch and clean off tar on a lower chrome piece. We noticed and watched how detailed he was - so impressed, we even gave him a tip. Our car was so dirty - just came back from 1000 mile road trip. Feels great to have it clean again. We love being a Klean Freq member - vacuum and sales attendants even recognize us as members. We don’t have to think twice about heading over to keep our new white car clean!”
“Not sure why there's so many negative reviews unless this place was re-done recently? This is a SELF SERVICE car wash, not an automatic one. It has both a cash-reader and a card-reader for credit cards. For about $10.00 I got 20 minutes worth of time, which you can split between the soap/brush or the pressure washer. Both the brush and the pressure washer have 2 different settings. For anyone with a used car that are DIY-ers, this place is great.”
“Card readers initially charge $10 but it depends on how long you use it because it’ll post the actual amount to your account (Other reviewer should check his bank statement). Best soap and customer service in the valley.”
