“I see so many people complaining about scratches on their cars. It's not a touchless car wash. Anyone that cares about their car would never go to a touch car wash. All the tentacles and brushes that are rubbing up against your car are also rubbing up against super dirty muddy trucks. Collecting all that debris and scratching your car.”

“I left a bag with some important documents and my work shoes it. I was freaking out, but Brenda was very patient and nice to me. I went ahead and went to work. Brenda called me back and told me she found my stuff. Went and got it the next day I told her my 1st and last name and she immediately remembered the situation, took me right in gave me my things. It started my day off right. Not only that, I have always been happy with the service this place provides. They never disappoint and now it seems this is one place that will go the extra mile for you. Could have given a texas sized hug today!!!”

“I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.”
