“Very happy with Maaco Autobody shop service and price. Brought my 1984 Cadillac Eldorado to Maaco for some rust repair and paint. After a few phone calls, we decided to repaint the entire car. The manager, Jeremy, and estimator Bryant kept me informed during the process. The car turned out better than expected. Shop technicians did a great job! This 1984 Cadillac looks as good as she did brand new!”

“What an awesome place! I reached out to Ted after purchasing my Lotus to remove some original paint protection film. This stuff was nasty.....very oxidized and deteriorated. I tried removing a bit of it myself, but was too worried about damaging the delicate paint and felt this needed to be done by a professional.Ted was very quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!
He did a fantastic job with the tedious and time consuming project at a very reasonable price. He also added some additional striping that looks better than factory in my opinion.

Haven’t seen you in a while, hope all is well? Big news, yesterday I traded my Equinox for a 2024 Blazer form your Neenah dealership, from Jeremy. Just wanted to let you know personally how far above and beyond he went to help me. I have been crazy busy as work, so he brought me the Blazer I wanted from your web site for a test drive here at my work for me to test drive while on my lunch break. He took care of everything once I chose to buy it, and shopped for the best deals, and got me exactly what I asked for. The entire experience was exceptional because of Jeremy Lefeber. “I have been a long time customer of Bergstrom’s Service Department. I always am treated with kindness and respect from the moment I enter the big glass shop doors by the first available service writer and if my service writer Dan Tibbits is available he comes out to greet me and take over.I can not say enough about Dan! Dan is kind and compassionate, he is empathetic and encouraging. Dan knows his business and is able to follow through on all of his promises from estimated time on repairs, to getting a loaner as there are times that something else turns up after they dig into the issue that originally was diagnosed.I always request the same mechanic and schedule with him, his name is Grant. Grant is an absolute hero! He keeps my old girl running even when I have lost all hope. The truck is alway cleaner inside when I brought it it as Grant takes the time to wipe down everywhere he touches. I was in for an exhaust replacement last week and as I was I the waiting room I received a text from Dan with Grant showing me the work that was completed. It was perfect.
