    Just had my best experience ever with Postal Service folks! I was notified that my package was delivered, but it wasn't in the mailbox. I called the Greenfield Post Office and spoke with Cindy who immediately got in touch with the carrier. Almost before I hung up, he was at my door package in hand.     Rude and would not help...wouldn't even let me finish asking what I needed help with

    I called and Steve was very helpful to help me find a package I was sending to a friend in a town close by. The package had been passed around to multiple offices because there was a glitch with the barcode and this delayed delivery by a week. He offered a solution that got my package to it's location the next day.
