“I couldn't believe it. After four failed destinations. Upon arriving, just as it says in the description, there is a physical blue Mailbox located OUTSIDE the building. So, no matter if it's during closed business hour's your able to drop off an envelope.Makes absolutely No sense to put a blue Mailbox Inside a business if your not open 24hrs.”
“Absolutely wonderful. Came in last minute to get my passport application. Even without an appointment, they were incredibly accommodating. They were willing to help and super speedy. Will definitely be returning.”
“I shipped a package with stamps. The lady working there was extremely patient and nice, counted over 50 stamps on my package. It saved me $45 as I bought stamps when they were cheaper. Thank you for understanding and patience.”

“Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.”

They have helped with passport photos, international postage, mail holds, and packaging questions. Thank you all for what you do!”
“The fact that this place is open until 10pm should be worth 5 stars alone.Desmond is such a great guy and always goes out of his way to ask me how I’m doing. I’m in and out enough where most of the staff knows who I am. “This post office has been good to me. I deliver many packages daily and this post office lets me unload packages at the dock instead of walking in and out 20 times. Staff have always been friendly to me I've never had an issue like the other commenters here. Also haven’t had any packages go missing that I dropped off here so I’ll continue to come here.”
“I stopped in this past weekend to mail a package to some family abroad. It had been a while since I had sent a package out of the country, I forgot which paperwork needed to be filled out. Turns out the sender labeled it incorrectly. In less than ten minutes Karen figured it out and contacted the mail carrier who brought it right to me. Thanks Karen!”

Had all the documents ready for them by researching everything online first-- They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the process and applying through the mail. The man at the counter was really great and only slightly snarky (in a good way). Would recommend.”
“Staff is absolutely amazing never had a problem. Unfortunately almost every time i go into the post office a customer is complaining about something. It’s was a time the guy behind the counter told a customer that if they didn’t have any tape, they had some for sale. The customer went crazy and stormed out. I mean he was a little bit stern but he didn’t say it in like a rude way. Like last week I was being helped by a bigger black guy (super nice with a huge smile) but i couldn’t even focus on my transaction because i distracted by this guy being helped next to me. He was being extremely rude to the black woman behind the counter. Like to the point i had to tell him to like calm down and just leave. I came back yesterday to deliver some packages and the lady in front of me i guess was picking something up and the woman (the same black woman from like last week) at the counter asked her to fill something out that was on the blue counter and the woman in line went off on this poor girl. The woman was shoving her papers at her. All i remember her saying was i never had to do this before. The woman behind the counter was nice enough to take me even though the woman was still there filling out the little sheet of paper at the counter. She was really sweet, i know that the situation could have been less hostile without that woman being so upset about filling out that piece of paper. I wish I would’ve said something. I just hate seeing people treated the way she was being treated. And for this to be the 2nd time in front of me. It’s just upsetting.”

“I come into this location often and always have a pleasant experience. This is certainly a location that seems to be understaffed and overworked but each time my interaction with the employees is great. I have most often worked with cashier #12, in case that helps management know who I'm referring to, and she has always been extremely patient with people and a great multi tasker. She is often in, working alone with a long line, and she does a wonderful job handling the pressure and answering questions. This location gets a bad wrap but I think this issue is more of a global issue of being under-staffed and over-worked. People need to go into the post office expecting to wait for service and be patient themselves when things take time. Show these people some grace!”
“The woman working behind the counter on 10/17 at 2pm is phenomenal and deserves a raise! She was by herself and handled a long line and some very unpleasant people like a star ? . She kept calm, was friendly, went above and beyond for me personally and had smile the whole time.”
“Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name. THANK YOU JAMES FOR ALL YOUR YEARS OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!!! So people know. I never knew ,"JAMES", before I started going to this Post Office!!!”

“Just had my best experience ever with Postal Service folks! I was notified that my package was delivered, but it wasn't in the mailbox. I called the Greenfield Post Office and spoke with Cindy who immediately got in touch with the carrier. Almost before I hung up, he was at my door package in hand. I can't begin to say how helpful and friendly both Cindy and the carrier were!! It was a true pleasure doing business with them. They solved the problem quickly and with a smile!”
