Kelsey at the Verizon store on Lineville Rd in Green Bay was AMAZING! Her 12 years of experience with phone services and customers was evident. She saved our entire family money on our plan and helped us update our devices. I would come back any time k owing she was going to be there!

Kelsey deserves the world. So helpful, patience and understanding. Had an iphone not even Steve Jobs could ressurect, but was helpful every step of the way.
