“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already. “If you're able to switch over to TDS, I 100% would. I was trapped on Spectrum for years with no other internet option. They were charging me 79.99 a month for 300 speed. TDS finally got installed in my building and they said they were running a promotion where I could get 600 speed for 42 dollars. I immediately signed up. Called Spectrum to cancel my service and they said they could give me 500 speed for $45 dollars. TDS was still the better deal. ALSO, Spectrum, if you could have halved my bill this entire time, why didn't you? It makes you come off as a greedy corp who does not care about their customers. Thank God for TDS! Thank you!”
