“My elderly mom banks at the Grafton location and I have assisted her on multiple trips to take care of her banking needs. Every employee I have come into contact with has been nothing but helpful and kind. On our last visit it was for a problem she was having enrolling in Zelle after the system change. The tellers very willingly and cheerfully tried to solve her problem and when they were unsuccessful they passed us along to Keri, one of the personal bankers. She also had difficulty solving the issue, BUT... she persisted and contacted the tech people who guided her and did their magic and she was able to get my mom's account back in working order again.
