“Wow it's been a long while since I've been to a bank. This was a swift and easy experience as far as bank visits go. I had to deposit a check and my phone app for some reason kept giving me an error, so I decided to go in and do it the old fashioned way. It's all street parking here, but there always seems to be plenty of it in this area. My son and I parked up and were in and out within five minutes. We were called up to the desk by an employee who was certainly mundane about being there, but he got the job done. I like how easily they can look you up now - just inserting your BMO debit card into the reader at the desk. This location could probably use a facelift, as it still has all the old-school bank furniture and decor. But apart from that, it's just your straight forward BMO. I wouldn't hesitate to return for future bank needs.”

I zipped in literally at closing time (I mistakenly thought the drive up was open until 6) and when I realized the time, I asked if I should come back the following day. Jill was extremely polite, said she could certainly take care of me, and did so happily. I never felt as if I inconvenienced her, although I am sure I did. “I live in Cedarburg and drive down especially to use this bank. I have always had the kindest and most professional tellers. I recently had an issue where my car was totaled and I had to wait a bit for my insurance check. While waiting for a check, I found a car that I was anxious to buy but had to wait until my check cleared at Chase. After 48 hours, my check was still not cleared. I called Chase and they were so helpful in getting me connected with corporate, they gave me the number and extension to resolve my issue. On more than one occasion I have been in contact with... Eric? Derick? Mark? Sorry, I will edit with his name after my next visit! At any rate, he is wonderful. Very talkative and engaging while he processes my deposits and payments. I appreciate his positive demeanor when doing something tedious like going to the bank.”
