“I just moved to Little Chute from Appleton, so this is the closest location for me. It is literally the BEST location in regards to efficiency -- I'm in and out in record speed! And the ladies are very friendly, so good! I used to bank at the one on Drew and Wisconsin Avenue and was severely dissatisfied because of ONE employee (Spanish descent) who was literally one of the worst human beings I've ever encountered. So happy I don't have to go there anymore, although I'll miss my lady (mature woman, taller with short brown hair), she is wonderful!Keep up the good work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Been with Capital for 20+ years. They are always trying to work with you. Plus being in Combined Locks and College Ave, Wisconsin Ave, Neenah, Little Chute. Be nice to have one in Menasha. Miss the 2 that were in Larry's Piggly Wiggly but covid took them away. Highly recommend Capital Credit Union. Never have issues with anything. In fact identity theft was done to me on 2 different occasions. They backed me on everything and helped me clear everything up. ? ????”
“Angela is the branch manager at the covantage off Ridgeview in Appleton. She is honest and made sure everything went smooth. Their computers were running a little slow so she stayed late after hours to complete opening another business account for me. The entire team she has at that location is phenomenal. They are all welcoming and make me feel important. Never have an issue with any transactions, they work together and you can tell they are a good team.”

“I was having trouble receiving a new debit card cause I had lost mine so I called and a woman by the name of Kelly was so so helpful. She did research and looked into what the issue was and when she figured it out she gave me her sincerest apologies even though it was not her fault. “I don't personally bank here, but I care-take for an older friend who banks here, so I've been in at this location several times. Every single person we've dealt with has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They can re-issue new debit cards on the spot here. This has been convenient for my friend several times, since she's accidently given her card information to scammers, and needed a new card number right away. I've chatted with the staff about mortgages and debt consolidation loans, and they are well informed, and seem to truly enjoy what they do for work.”
“My experience with CCU for my latest car loan was exceptional. Andrea M was my contact, and she saw everything through for me. I had already found a car, so she got me approved very quickly, and was there every step of the way when that car fell through and I found another one, and then again when it took 5 weeks for the out of state dealer to get me my title and paperwork. ? She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all the changes. She is also bi-lingual for customers who may need their transactions in English or Spanish. Could not recommend her more!”
“I have been banking here for the last year and a half and the tellers have always been polite and worked quickly. Recently, I went through a break up with my so and had to split a joint account. The banker was kind and worked quickly and well despite the obvious tension. Later on my federal tax return came in and was set to go into the now closed account, an employee called me and informed me of the situation and asked me to come in to authorize a transfer of the funds. I was charged no additional fees despite this and they were very kind and understanding. So far, I have nothing but positive experiences with this location and would recommend it.”
