“EDIT: They contacted me and the issue was resolved quickly, appreciate the time they took.Called about an overdraft fee ( I never do that because usually I get them because I forgot to transfer money so I just pay it because it’s my fault!) but this time I had efficient funds so I knew 100% that they made a mistake over-drafting me. The lady was very stand-offish and swore I deserved the overdraft fee.. for a 99cent charge that I had money in my account for. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Seriously disappointed. Not only that but she was extremely condescending while she spent two minutes trying to explain to me what “pending” meant…..”

She even spoke to the scammer on the phone and asked him pointed questions to try and convince the customer gentleman that the scammer was lying to him. She always greeted me by name upon arrival and she would make sure that everything was taken care of properly and I was never a bother. She's a huge asset to this bank. As well as her I had a great experience with Eli as well. He would always email me or call me back in a timely manner and he was amazing to work with as well. Both of them are huge assets to this bank. Sadly I've now moved to another bank for other reasons, but those two made my experience amazing while I was there”

“I don't personally bank here, but I care-take for an older friend who banks here, so I've been in at this location several times. Every single person we've dealt with has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They can re-issue new debit cards on the spot here. This has been convenient for my friend several times, since she's accidently given her card information to scammers, and needed a new card number right away. I've chatted with the staff about mortgages and debt consolidation loans, and they are well informed, and seem to truly enjoy what they do for work.”

“Ive had My accounts with cheese for over a decade. During that time I had my purse stolen and had all the funds that the thief took out my accounts were reimbursed to me through Chase. They made me feel supported during a scary time. In fact they were the ones to catch the fact that my purse had been stolen as I got a text about some odd purchase that was made. Also, I like their web software and their phone app. Now I'd love to make more interest on my money but there isn't another bank around that would give me more interest anyway.”
“Angela is the branch manager at the covantage off Ridgeview in Appleton. She is honest and made sure everything went smooth. Their computers were running a little slow so she stayed late after hours to complete opening another business account for me. The entire team she has at that location is phenomenal. They are all welcoming and make me feel important. Never have an issue with any transactions, they work together and you can tell they are a good team.”
