“I need to Thank the owner of Franklin Automotive (Bruce). Did a brake job on my Ford Escape. Did an excellent job. Afterwards we had a strange noise. Took it back to Bruce.
He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes.
He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set.
Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job.
Knowingly we needed the car for work the next morning.
All this was done at no charge because of the Franklin Auto guarantee.

“I took my car in for some front end suspension problems. It turned out to be just loose lug nuts on one of the wheels. They tightened them up and checked the other three, all for no charge! I highly recommend this garage. They always get you in quickly and are very trustworthy people.”

“I’ve did a review on this place before but they get 5 stars now. I’ve gotten a starter replacement and God that job is horrible to do. They were scheduled all weekend and next week and still decided they could do the difficult job. Lee which I think could be the owner/manager told me a few plastic clips on my car had broken off so instead of replacing them he came up with a better solution to the problem. THIS IS AN AMAZING SHOP!! I would recommend everyone to go here. I really do appreciate Lee and the F&F Tire World staff ALOT!!”
