“I called and spoke with Joe Weber, the owner, on a Wednesday morning to see if I could get my car evaluated as it was vibrating badly and the engine lights were on. He said that as he had a full schedule he could check out the problem on the same day but couldn't promise to get it repaired that same day. I was dubious of such fast service but promptly went there.
I was pleasantly greeted and my car was being evaluated within 15 minutes despite a full schedule. He replaced an engine coil and spark plug and I was gone 45 minutes after my arrival. I am very pleased with the service and consideration of my needs. I will definitely use the services of Weber Auto Repair in the future.”

“Very happy with my experience! The dealership in sturgeon bay lost my business on my corvette zr1 when they couldn’t even balance the tires, weights fell off and anything. So when i called seilers with these issues and concerns with my new wheels they put me at easy and didn’t leave. I cant emphasize how much their professionalism makes them outshine anyone in a 100 mile radius! If you care about your vehicle, id suggest no one else but seilers!”

“Broke transmission cooling lines, drained all the fluid out of the transmission just above Sister Bay. Recommended by our insurance company. Called them up, told it would take about an hour to get to us because of the road construction. Did not have a problem when we told him we also had our lab with us. He got to us in just under an hour, loaded our Blazer up and drove us back down to Potawatomi State Park where we were camping. Even volunteered to drive us back to the campsite. Service was excellent, and we got a free guided tour and tips on where to eat in Door County.”
“We bantered a bit about writing this review, but in the end I have to say it is worth my while to thank the crew here. I cold called them with a broken spring hanger on a car trailer. They checked out what happened, took the trailer around the back and repaired it. They took the time to interrupt their scheduled work to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. “Today , I was passing through on my way to Sister Bay from Green Bay when I noticed a panel underneath my vehicle had let loose on one end and was dragging . I googled the nearest service center which was Patriot , pulled into the Service garage and within 5 min my Lincoln MKC was up on the rack being repaired , and was completed within 15. The wonderful man in Service who assisted me said I was all ready to go , and there is no charge today . I couldn’t believe it ! It was fate this happened at the time and place it did . In Green Bay, I would’ve had to make an appointment and sat with my vehicle down until then . I cannot thank you all enough for what you’ve done for me today! Not to mention, I had my 80-year-old mother with me . This was a perfect example of an exceptional service experience , Going above and beyond for your customer! You have definitely gained my business, even though I live in Green Bay, if I ever have a need in the surgeon bay area, I will most definitely be back and always refer you to anyone in need as well. “Dan is greatOld school serviceI called about brake noise up front, l told him my other car was in the garage in the middle of a radiator replacement, buts is cold in there.Lucky he found time. Turns out to be a wheel bearing on our Nissan Titan. “The folks at Reese’s were genuine, helpful and extremely affordable. I highly recommend their services.My story: My family of four was on vacation when the trunk latch on our car broke. After calling a few places, Reese’s said they could diagnose the problem any time that day. Later they said they were intentionally slow this week due to someone being out, but they looked plenty busy to me, so I greatly appreciated them seeing new the same day.Sure enough, they were checking out the problem within a minute of us arriving. They ordered the part, but it wouldn’t get in for two days. When I dropped off the car two days later, they said it would be done by around 3. They called me at 3 to report it was done. Plus, their charges were extremely reasonable.All in all, great service. Thanks!”
