“This place exceeded my expectations. I drove in a few days ago with an emergency tire on, and all my other tires were honestly embarrassing. I had called ahead of time but when I showed up there was some confusion on what tire I needed, at no one’s fault. They still found something that would work until the new tires I ordered would be there by the next day. I felt they cared about the safety of their customer! I called in the morning to see if I could somehow get two used to match the new ones- But they didn’t think they had any that would work with my car. I get there and I’m told they found the two used ones I had wanted earlier! Great experience overall, and very fair prices!!! All staff was very polite as well.”

“amazing service, they were ready to help us even with a packed schedule. we dropped the car off in the morning and walked around for a few hours and they called to update us on ordered parts and a quote, car was ready within 4hrs which gave us some time to still drive around sisters bay in the daytime. we were visiting for the weekend and their quick turnaround was greatly appreciated. car ran great for us to enjoy the rest of the weekend! and their quote was fair based on how quick everything was done!”

“The folks at Reese’s were genuine, helpful and extremely affordable. I highly recommend their services.My story: My family of four was on vacation when the trunk latch on our car broke. After calling a few places, Reese’s said they could diagnose the problem any time that day. Later they said they were intentionally slow this week due to someone being out, but they looked plenty busy to me, so I greatly appreciated them seeing new the same day.Sure enough, they were checking out the problem within a minute of us arriving. They ordered the part, but it wouldn’t get in for two days. When I dropped off the car two days later, they said it would be done by around 3. They called me at 3 to report it was done. Plus, their charges were extremely reasonable.All in all, great service. Thanks!”

“While camping in Door County we found a screw in the tire of our truck. It was around 9 a.m. on a Sunday morning and the owner (thankfully) answered and offered to fix it. He was a lifesaver as we felt helpless being out of town and it being a Sunday morning (all other shops in the area were closed until Monday). He repaired the tire so we could get home safely with the camper. He was upfront about the options and was extremely cost effective, given the circumstances. We greatly appreciated the assistance and would recommend this shop to all Door County vacationers if any vehicle issues were to arise.”

“SO grateful for them! Locked my keys, phone, and wallet in my car at the Kwik Trip and one of the employees recommended them and called them for me. He was there within 10 minutes (we caught him just leaving for Algoma and he turned around to help). Got it open super quick and in the rain (which didn’t help matters). He had trouble getting the payment app on his phone to work, so I payed with cash which wasn’t a problem. Affordable, quick, and all over great service!”
