Awful customer service. The guys here gave awful customer service. Swearing in front of me in their conversation with each other - maybe they forgot about me or maybe they just didn’t care. The service rep talked poorly about the phone technicians. He thought he knew more than the phone technician he was calling for help. It was clear he wasn’t listening to what the tech was trying to help him - he had the phone tech on speaker so I could hear what was being asked of the service provider and watch what he was doing. The result was me leaving an hour and a half later with no working or activated phone. I called US Cellular customer service the next morning and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Don’t go here, find a different location instead.

Came last night and it was busy so we decided to come back in the morning. Got here today and there were two employees working with customers. We figured it wouldn't be too much of a wait so we sat down on the center bench. One employee was setting up things for a customer and was clearly going to be busy for a while. The other employee was chatting and laughing with two customers and it went on and on. He was clearly not doing any work related to phones, just enjoying the chit chat. No acknowledging that we were there waiting to be seen, no care that we were waiting to get new phones, just having a non phone related conversation with the two people at his table.My husband and I both had our own businesses and know that some customers like to get chatty but that's when you thank them and point out that there are other customers waiting and get up.We will be going a different carrier or maybe to a different US Cellular location at the very least. I don't mind waiting but not when It's clear the wait was going to be for as long as the group wanted to yuck it up.

Recently worked with Ben F. at US Cellular Fitchburg on getting a new pre-sale iPhone. Ben provided such caring and personalized service, and it was honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you!!!

I went in with a phone that had muted volume when answering. I worked with an awesome customer service rep named Abram who was top notch!!!! He is so friendly with a welcoming warm smile that stayed present the entire time. He took his time to problem solve and listened attentively to what I had to say. Abram is a prime example of customer care. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out Abram was one of the kindest humans I have worked with who bestowed great knowledge and advice. Even though I left with needing a new phone or continuing to answer calls on speaker my experience working with Abram was the best!! I still left US Cellular beaming as my time working with Abram was unlike any other experience at US Cellular. His compassion for quality customer service, positivity and warm demeanor, honesty, knowledge of my phone and time to investigate and problem solve collaboratively was top tier and has set the bar high. Thank you Abram keep shining your bright light helping people!!!

After spending a lot of time on the phone with USC tech support and then Samsung tech support, they were not able to resolve an ongoing issue with a phone I purchased about 4 months ago. I went into the store and Christian resolved the issue within a few minutes! Great job ? Christian, and thank you!!

Hispanic. The three stars is because they could not port my number from Google Fi after two days. Went to another boutique and they did it in minutes. Either they don't know how, or I was discriminated.

Christian and Carlos did a great job working with moving me from prepaid to post paid. Carlos spent three hours helping me way above and beyond because of some technical issues with towers and needed phone updates. Amazing service!

I originally put a five star review on the initial sale. While the employee was getting commission, but after the initial sale of the tablets, they never had the discount added of $300 per tablet for the promotion. I was never called when the tablets came in. One of the tablet had no Sim card number and I spent two weeks on the phone with US cellular to get the tablet activated and then I had to pay for 4 tablets while trying to get the brand new ones working. i’m honestly not sure if I paid a $30 activation fee per tablet at this point also. For the other tablet once I had it activated, I went back to use it and it would not work because the tech at US cellular put the wrong Sim number to match the Sim card in the tablet. Overall, it was a horrible experience and very time consuming. To summit up I was forced to have four tablets activated instead of the two because of their problems after multiple lengthy phone call to US cellular did was credit the bill for two months of Internet on the two tablets that were out of commission while fixing the Sim card issue. Overall, I easily spent 6+ hours on the phone fixing the tablets and getting my bill corrected. I now have to wait 2+ months to see if the bill corrections are correct for the tablet credit each month. Ugh it never ends.US cellular needs to find a simpler way of billing so the customers and employees can understand the bills better and quicker. At this point, I feel like they’re making the bills so complicated so they can use it as a cover story when they don’t apply the discounts as being complicated. Also, why does it take two months for a discount to apply? Is this so the customer forgets about it just in case you guys forget about it? These are all bad business practices as a company.

Service was mediocre. The employee did not try to help us at all when they hit a roadblock and just told us to leave.
