“The employees are very friendly, Quentin and Asif. I’m not sure if I have their name spelled right, because I have left the store, but they are very friendly and nice and always help me with my packages. I am a knitter and crochet, and I usually mail my finish product as gifts for family members. I will post a couple of the articles that I have mailed through UPS. They are very trustworthy and my package is arrive on time.”
“I do recommend this location. I didn't leave this review before now. Because life was chaotic with moving to Houston, but we went in to ship some items that are dear to us very expensive. From this location and Jordan was working there at the time, Jordan was amazing. He carefully rapped my JVL speaker mom's kitchenaid. Mixer, blender everything a few other items too. He really saved us a few dollars as well and he is great at customer service very polite. I give him a 5 out of 5. I don't know about any of the other employees because he was the only one there in the morning on August 1st. He took charge with wrapping everything because we were too stressed out to figure out how to organize everything properly after Moving Out of a bad situation again. I gave him a 5 out of 5”

“I had a very detailed tedious and large project that had the additional factor of containing precious documents. Ryan was unbelievable. He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. I also want to make mention of Nick who was always aware of my project and helpful and even carried my 50 pound box to my car. Great work!”

07/06/24 Was at Fedex again, a month later and again absolutely fantastic. Helped printing a return label for me, scanned it so I had receipt so I could leave right away while he got my box from my car. Recommend this Fedex highly!!!
Fabulous Fedex office. I am disabled and the area was too slippery for me to go in and I believe his name was Ryan answered the phone and told me he would be right out. Anyway he came out took care of the return package without any hesitation. He is a tremendous asset to Fedex!

“Great experience yesterday with online ordering some prints! Ready when promised, great quality and the store staff person Sam was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make it happen. Turned out they had run out of the specialty paper stock I needed, so she drove to another store to get more and make sure my job was finished on time.
Even more impressive is Sam was energetic, friendly and helpful when I arrived 10 minutes before 7 PM closing. She was solo and helping a shipping customer when I arrived, but gave me a friendly greeting when i came in like it was just opening time. Took care of me and another customer than came in last minute too. great experience.”
