Absolutely ridiculous staff that waited on multiple people that came in after us when we were on the list and ignored us. Waited for over an hour, and watched 3 people who came in after us get helped and go on their merry way. I’d recommend any other location in the area.

Went in Jan 2nd in the morning. No other customers, so no rush, no stress right. He charged $30 to transfer from old phone to new iPhone (fine, policy is policy) and the text messages didn't even transfer. Contact history didn't transfer. Our old phone was a trade in so we couldnt go home and do it on our own again. One star for the agent we worked with. Two star because of previous workers who were nice.

We recently upgraded phones. Verizon didn’t give us the amount mentioned for our old iPhones after we sent them in. You find this out well after the appointment when it’s too late to modify your decisions.Wait times are not acceptable!

Yesterday at this store location by the mall is the WORST EVER. I have never seen so many workers at Verizon give somone so much shit that it makes the customer feel crappy and have a HUGE panic Attack! They refused to help me and didn't answer any of my questions. I will NEVER go back to this verizon by the mall ever again. So I advise please don't go to this store they are completely RUDE!!!!!

The bald manager mocked me as if he didn't understand my question and the terms I were using, even though I had talked with another manager a few days earlier and chat. He didn't want to talk and just stared at me. Had to walk out.

Atrocious/unacceptable wait times. We waited for over 2 hours for a simple upgrade. Waited over an hour being “next in line”. Still waiting with no ETA other than “you guys are next.”

Stood around for 20 minutes and couldn't even get checked in. But everyone who came in after me was helped immediately... Never seem to get any decent customer service at this location...

Sneering, pushy staff who don’t know how to take no for an answer. Constant deceptive behavior. High likelihood of getting ripped off. Uncertainty about my bill. Buying a new phone is like fighting a war against these staff.

I went here just to purchase (and then later return) a phone case. What should have been a 5-minute transaction took forever. Poor service and long wait times for simple things.

Worst Verizon in the area! Wait is super long no matter the day or time. Only one bench to sit and wait and it’s usually already taken. They act like the hour to two hour wait is no big deal. “We can set up an appointment for the afternoon” as I live 40 minutes away.

I would like to commend Shane on his excellent service in helping me resolve a difficult billing issue.Upon my husband's death, Verizon instructed me to cancel the account with his name on it and change it to a new account with my name on it. This was a difficult and frustrating process.Subsequently, I paid my monthly bills. Soon I received email notices that my Verizon bill was past due. No one at Verizon was helpful in figuring out what the problem was. After some time, I realized that the issue was that I was paying to the old account and not the new one.At this point I went into the Verizon store on Oakwood Mall Dr in Eau Claire, and was blessed with Shane's help. He not only helped me to get the issue straightened out, but he stayed with the person in administration that he had to phone. They credited my account for 2 months' payments and put a hold on any action that might be taken on my account.I was immensely grateful to Shane for his fine work.

Disappointed in the level of service. Was told by the Menomonie store that to be helped in person with our issue (transferring of lines from two seperate accounts to one new account) we needed to go to this store (closest corporate store).We set up an appointment to make sure we were in their system and they knew we were coming (Aug 18). When we get there they let us know it would be a little bit, which was fine. When our time came we were told that no they couldn't help us in person and we could only do the transfer of lines is by calling a number. Was extremely disappointed. The guy gave us a number made sure the call went through and walked away. We sat down at a table and didn't leave until we had everything sorted out. When we were having issues creating a My Verizon account we asked the gentleman for help (reminder we originally had an appointment) and he acted flustered and was short and not very helpful. Sad part is he was the manager.Overall, if you are going to go to a Verizon Store call first to see if they can even help you in person and make sure you make an appointment. We watched multiple people leave after waiting for awhile empty handed. We have talked about switching to a new company because of the lack of in person service and the huge increase we saw to the price of our lines.

Just needed to purchase a quick phone case, and the sales persin made me check in and wait for 45 mins while nobody talked to me, and i had the case in my hand ready to checkout. This store is now the most inefficient and lazy sales environment i have ever seen. Verizon wireless spent all of this money and time on a new building just so they could find a way to ignore customers for longer periods of time. I left the case on the counter and walked out because clearly you didn't care to make an easy sale, so i went with your competitor instead. Your customer service is garbage, good day.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I don't do that very often, I love rooting up places, but this "Corporate Store" is terrible. The lines are out the door. We were just trying to return internet. We have asked for a box from the customer service number. After 2 months of waiting for 3 separate boxes, we called back and they said we would just need to go to this store and drop it off. The store manager called us back after receiving it, they then barked at us for just returning it. We were not going to wait hours to just return a box that should have been returned over a month ago. I am very upset the so called 'store Manager' said he would send it back to our place instead of sending it into the place it's supposed to go. If this "manager" can gain access to our account to call us and send us tolhe stupid internet back, he can send that internet to the ACTUAL corporate and not waste postage.I do give Alex from the customer service line a 10/10 because he calmed me and my boyfriend down and said he will be putting our credit back seeing as we returned the box to the correct location.
