Tiffany was amazing help today! I appreciated that she was able to get my insurance replacement set up today after getting nowhere on the phone with corporate Verizon’s customer service line! Thanks a bunch :)

Kristen was amazing and patient. She tried to troubleshoot a problem and continued to work on the tissue. Said she would get back to us by Tuesday with an answer.
