Second time here at the store. Once again, only coming here to drop off equipment for a service I no longer use. Still in line after waiting for 45 minutes. Only 2 employees taking care of 10+ people in line. The first customer who was in line when the store opened has been served by one employee for the entire 45 minutes. At this rate the 10th person in line will be waiting for 2+ hours to be helped.Can not be more excited to be no longer needing Spectrum for our Internet needs.

Visiting the Spectrum Store turned out to be a rather disappointing experience. The wait time was inexplicably long, making the seemingly simple process feel unnecessarily tedious. Despite the expectations of a quick visit, the cumbersome procedures only added to the frustration. Improvements in the efficiency of the service and reducing the waiting time would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.Well I appreciate the reply. I'm giving you a one-star review now because spectrum is by far the worst internet provider in Eau Claire. I would recommend someone searching for something else and for what you get on TV there are much better providersThe picture is more proof too. Spectrums unreliability in the Eau Claire area

Failed to send sim card needed to switch service. Had to go to the store. Waited 1 1/2 hours. They said phones weren’t unlocked. Still didn’t give me sim cards so that I could use them once unlicked. Total wastre of time. I will find another carrier.

While the employees of the store are good, the way spectrum has changed their eau Claire location to a storefront only is a nightmare. I liked the old large building where I could get in and out with my equipment. Now they funnel everyone, internet and phone customers alike, into a small storefront in a stripmall that resembles a TMobile. The wait time is obscene and conveniently causes people to shop around their new phones. I felt like I was stuck in a capitalist purgatory.

We were pleasantly surprised with outstanding customer service! Andy and Cheryl were welcoming, patient, and friendly. They both demonstrated competency and efficiency. Cheryl experienced a system glitch while helping us transfer our cellular service from AT&T to Spectrum. She remained calm and kept us informed as she pursued two paths to resolution. As we waited, the queue of folks needing help increased. She remained calm and upbeat as she thanked them for patience and informed them addition service reps would be joining them soon. It was refreshing to see.

It is the slowest internet with outages seemingly everyday and the price is absolutely not worth what you're getting. We have the most expensive package and we still couldn't run more than like 2 TV's and 2 cell phones without it needed to be restarted. God forbid one person needs to use their laptop and someone else is watching TV because it's one or the other, and again, this was the most expensive package saying 1 gbps for $100!!!! WRONG! We ended up using hotspots on our phones most of the time, so you're better off spending a little more money upgrading whatever phone plan you have to get unlimited data than you are by spending a lot of money on spectrum for internet that doesn't even work 65% of the time. Our internet went out during FINALS and they couldn't get an earlier appointment than a week later and offered $10 off our next bill, however, that was the last month of our contract!!! So it's like, did they do that on purpose to try and get us to stay? Also, im sorry, but only $10 to go a week without internet during FINALS WEEK!! I also don't live in a rural area, like, there are phone and internet lines everywhere so the lack of consistent connection is bogus.

I am now about to go to the store to have them replace my router for the 5th time since I started service 4 years ago. When you call, they tell you to unplug and plug back in (because I didn't try that twice before calling or anything) and when that doesn't work, they shrug and tell you they need to send someone out, which means you'll be without the expensive internet for a week, or more. Service is spotty at best on a good day. Bill continues to go up despite outages and lack of proper access.

customer service at this location sucks. I stopped in to get a SIM Card and I was informed that they were out of stock. When I called customer service activation, they informed me that no way did the store run out of SIM Cards. I would not recommend this store for any of your customer service needs, other than to drop off equipment.

Do not use Spectrum at all. Their business model is to simply feed on existing customers. They lure you in with low prices, add tons of fees and “upgrade” your service without you asking (it’s the same regardless, I have tested multiple times with multiple Wi-Fi speed tests), and when you ask to have the service reduced, lowered, or changed at all you are left on hold forever. I went through 2 reps and they hung up. Terrible customer service and a terrible service in general. I was approved for ACP by the US Gov - Spectrum acknowledged that I had the benefit/credit but it never appeared on any of my statements. They are crooks.

Hate to give a 2 star rating but here is the thing when to call the equipment store why am I to call the the customer service number regarding equipment exchange had given the wrong power cord with internet box and we need that cord for the wifi

Since July2022 I have bien paying over the amount that I have to pay it was supposed to be 70.every month for a yr the only time that they charge me the rite amount was in June when I moved my service from different address spectrum has made me pay the times my real bill untili move from apt in nov 2022and I went down on service only have internet but it is supposed to be only25.doller n they are saying in the app that I have to pay 178 know how is it from 25.a month goes to 178.in the same first month spectrum is taking advantage of me by overcharging... and still have the nerves to ask if I would recommend spectrum they overcharge why would I recommend spectrum when in really TY spectrum owes me for 7 months know every sigil tome I talk to spectrum I ask for spectrum to fox my bill and they say pay what the app is saying n the next bill will come correct til this day I have not seen it yet ....why?

If I could do one star I would I still have a cable hanging from a tree onto my porch which they said is a hazard but they will not fix it until the 18th so my child can not do school work and they could possibly get hurt! But that's ok because they will fix it on the 18th!
