Failed to send sim card needed to switch service. Had to go to the store. Waited 1 1/2 hours. They said phones weren’t unlocked. Still didn’t give me sim cards so that I could use them once unlicked. Total wastre of time. I will find another carrier.

Horrible tech support if you have a problem. Absolutely no iPhone support what a joke.

I heard service got better and went back even got mobile service. I’m going back to my other service that actually works.
