When I got there, there was only one customer service person and despite being busy, he was very thorough with those that were ahead of me. I listen to customer service people and if I don't like what I hear, I go elsewhere. Dan arrived to help out. He was efficient, patient and knowledgeable despite a couple stupid questions from an older woman who is inept when it comes to technology. (That would be me. ?) Wonderful customer service. I will go back.”
