“I brought my husbands watch in for repair.There were quite a bit of scratches on the case, from years ago. It also needed a new battery.Dominic buffed all of the scratches out.It looks like it did when I purchased it over 30 years ago.Our anniversary is next week. I plan to surprise him with his newly polished beautiful watch. “Bought my wife’s ring over a decade ago and the jeweler that we had the “lifetime” warranty through went out of business. Took the ring to a big box jeweler and they said they couldn’t touch it because it wasn’t their ring. Walked into Powers and was quickly greeted by Keith. After explaining my situation that the main stone had fallen out and I was out of options, he swiftly described the steps needed to repair the ring. The work was done in a timely fashion and I felt the price was extremely fair. Happy wife…happy life. They will have all of my future business.”
