“I've been in twice and both times the owner and staff have been very helpful and sweet. My son and I love the soap and I'm obsessed with the body oil! I was skeptical the shampoo bar wouldn't work for me as I have very long and thick hair but it's amazing!!! My hair is so soft today! Love having a local place with quality chemical free products.”
“I have had both good and "not so much" experiences at this location, which is corporate. After a few misunderstandings about purchases and billing, I finally connected with the store manager, Mike Schindelholz. He made an extraordinary effort to sort things out...way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced anywhere at the retail level. I'm more than pleased with the service and genuine concern shown for my product and billing issues. The other sales associates gave conflicting and often dead-wrong information, and simply seemed unwilling or unable to make any effort. Mike got to the bottom of each problem and I'm confident everything will resolve satisfactorily. He is an asset to the company and I hope they make every effort to keep him.”
